"If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith?" (Luke 12:28)
I've wondered what is really behind the global warming hysteria for quite some time. Is it real or a politically motivated? We should be good stewards of God's creation but we should tread carefully not to make it idolatry. Disturbingly, some groups are even advocating population reduction, a kinder term for genocide for the cause of our planet. God's Word warns this world is cursed with sin, will be judged and someday replaced. Simply consider the words of Jesus in Mark 8:36 where He said one soul is worth more than the whole world. Your soul is precious to God, don't forget that.
"Father, help us to discern what is true and what is not. May our precious Saviour be lifted up for all to see what You've done to save us. I ask this in Jesus' Name. Amen."
